In the Soviet era, Tuljak was built at the Flower Pavilion so that the whole complex would startle people as an achievement of socialism. In the early years of Estonia’s restoration of independence, the restaurant Carina, located on these premises, was like a bright dream of what life will be like in the future. Now the future is here and the dream has come true. Tuljak is one of the most stylish restaurants in Estonia, both in terms of exterior and interior. Yet the meals and drinks are no less stylish here.
