Pull started out as a steakhouse but later changed the concept to casual fine dining. At least that is how they describe their cuisine. One of the most memorable dishes in the restaurant is duck heart, served from a stone bowl with pak choi and carrots in a hearty broth. Shi soup is also unique, tomato paste and mustard give the traditional cabbage broth a unique flavour.

Modern fine dining meat restaurant - PULL

The owners of the Restaurant PULL (Bull in English) are two Estonian grillmasters - Enn Tobreluts and Andres Tuule. Enn is Estonia’s most authoritative meat specialist and BBQ master, and therefore, one can be sure that the meat dishes served here are outstanding. Most of the dishes are prepared over an open fire. The restaurant’s signature dish is ‘dirty steak’, which is cooked straight in charcoal. The menu favorites are also slow-cooked meat, high-quality steaks, grilled lamb, -beef, -pork, -duck, -fish, -seafood, vegetarian dishes and healthy salads. There are very wide selection of wines and gins available. The PULL have very unic interior design, which makes it special. Restaurant PULL is recommended in the 2022 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Estonia!
