Derelict former butter factory has been turned into a boutique hotel, summer apartments and a restaurant. The hotel experience is made doubly enjoyable by the restaurant, which also has a distinctive feature – an obvious love for cheese. Different cheeses are used in many dishes. Other ingredients come mainly from the surrounding area and from the hands of local fishermen.
