The unpretentious pizza and sandwich restaurant of Orm Oja, probably best-known chef in Estonia today. Cutlery here is unheard of. The customer’s hands and face will get smeared with food. But nobody cares, because the taste and the experience are worth it. The service is of an “inappropriately” high standard, comparable to that of the chef’s main restaurant, La Cucina di Orm Oja, across the street.
