If you are here for the first time, but find that something here seems somehow familiar, then there is no reason to be surprised. The current leading chefs of a few dozen restaurants have prepared their first better dishes on the same fire following the instructions of mentor-chef Tõnis Siigur. Dishes that are history here continue to live their lives in a slightly different form in other restaurants. NCH, however, tastes new with every new menu that Tõnis offers in cooperation with his mentees. NCH leads the way in Estonian gastronomy.
