Japanese Sandals in the Centre of Tallinn
The NoHo restaurant, which offers modern Japandi cuisine, already catches the eye from a distance with dining tables placed directly on the street, inside glass cubes to protect guests from bad weather. There is no way to miss Japandi-style cocktails on the restaurant’s drinks menu. Japanese Sandals is a drink where sake is mixed with local gin and tinted grass green by matcha syrup.
The menu features octopus with kimchi and pumpkin cream, trout fillets in plum teriyaki glaze or condensed milk cream alongside yuzu cream.
