How we evaluate?Fast, healthy and tasty
Freya is a fast-food restaurant. Fast and healthy are two concepts that, before Freya, did not want to fit together in one place. And even if they were combined, there was a lack of flavour. Freya is now trying and quite seriously.
A glass of freshly squeezed juice and a smoothie could already be considered a light meal. Plant-based food here has the rich flavours promised on their website. Anyone who cannot live without meat gets meatballs on their plate, with copious extras. Everything together tastes like something Karlsson-on-the-Roof would definitely approve of.
Even a devoted hedonist does not have to miss out on Freya. Sparkling wine to whet the appetite is available. Everyone else will easily find a non-alcoholic or low-alcohol option to pair with their dish. The interiors and locations of Freya are such that forgetting about speed and taking time off for a few moments wouldn’t be strange.
