The pizza restaurant, which moved from Põlva County to Tartu, educates its guests about the geography of Põlva County. Some pizzas bear the names of villages in the county. Not for fun, but because the pizzas, made with real Caputo flour and San Marzano tomatoes, have Estonian cranberries, breadcrumbs, spiced sprats and other things that others don’t put on their pizzas.
