Maidla Nature Resort is a micro-hotel with three small forest villas. Soo (The Swamp) is the hotel’s restaurant. It seats only slightly more guests than the hotel. The restaurant’s cuisine is at least as exclusive as the hotel. A set menu takes diners on a culinary voyage from here to the world and back again.
