Lasnamäe is the largest residential area in Tallinn. Yet there are only two remarkably good restaurants. Ciao Ragazzi, in a shopping centre called Tähesaju City, is one of them. The restaurant surprises first with a cosy interior and then with food and drink that far surpass the standard of typical Tallinn shopping centre dining.
