Grand Rose. Brand new flavour

18. June 2021

Grand Rose. Miika Õunaid ja German Macharashvili.

Have you been to Grand Rose many times and think you know the ins and outs of this place? Think again! The new chef German Macharashvili, who took over the kitchen this spring, creates flavour combinations that have not been offered here before. And in fact, they are unique in the whole of Saaremaa.

What makes them unique? For example, carrots taste sour because they are cooked in lemon juice, low and slow for three hours. There is more than one surprise like that in every dish.

Drinks also strive to be comparable to the food. For the first time, Grand Rose offers house champagne. And at a price that allows you to afford another glass after the first one.
