Fii continues to offer unexpected flavours

26. May 2021

Fii peakokk Randel Malm / Fii head chef Randel Malm

When restaurant Fii opened its doors for the first time just outside Tartu, they mostly enticed passers-by to stop, by serving unexpected flavour combinations. This turned out to be a good call. Fii quickly became one of the hottest eateries in Tartu.

The head chef’s hat has now been passed on to the next creative mind, who whips up new flavour surprises with new enthusiasm. The flavours of this summer start off with a flourishing vegetable field on edible pumpkin soil. Fried whitefish is served alongside hazelnut-potato cream. Barberry jelly certainly does not feature in the dessert menu of any other restaurant.

Fii deserves a stop on the edge of Tartu more than ever before.
