Cru Restaurant – contemporary and timeless

Situated in a building constructed in the 15th century, restaurant Cru respects the long history of its location and offers timeless experiences in all corners, from the yard to the basement. Head chef Dmitri Haljukov combines old traditions with modern cooking techniques to create food that is simultaneously contemporary and timeless. It might be hard to picture from words, but certainly not from the flavour. Take a bite of Cru bread and you will know what we mean.
