With a distinguished history, Three Sisters in Old Town brings together the past and the present. Behind ancient doors lies the modern restaurant Söe, where Pavel Gurjanov offers his author cuisine. The latter is rarely encountered in Estonia at the moment, so it is definitely worth getting acquainted with Pavel’s food.

Söe values the best local ingredients to the maximum. At the same time, fine dining here is very reasonably priced, given the amount of work required to create a plate of food. Unfortunately, the pandemic meant the end for most of the fine dining restaurants in Estonia. However, Pavel’s restaurant continues to operate successfully. What else is it than a sign that the work of strong authors will survive even the most difficult times?
