Perhaps because of its location in a spa hotel on Pärnu beach, in restaurant Raimond the beach season seems to last all year round. In colder weather guests simply opt for a dip in the spa pool rather than the sea. After enjoying the spa or a walk on the beach, it is always interesting to have dinner at Raimond.
On your first visit you will realise just by looking at the food that the city’s food trends are born here. Frequent visitors come here to see head chef Marko Lumera’s ‘new collection’.
We can’t remember a menu in Raimond that didn’t contain a single surprise. Unusual combinations like perch and lobster or beans and carrots served with oysters and seaweed are present in every menu. Without Raimond, Pärnu would be a city of old-fashioned food.
