Wine shop restaurant
When you enter Radio, you will find yourself in a wine shop. The resto is in the next room behind the store. The meal card is short here and can easily fit on one page, while the drink list is many pages longer. It makes sense because, with each dish, sommeliers offer several well-suited wines. If interested, the guest can taste them all and find their preferred option.
Food portions are such that three or four dishes should satisfy your appetite. Since finding a drink pairing for the first dish turned out to be an exciting and instructive process, it’s now mostly repeated with the following dishes at the guest’s request.
When the guest finally leaves via the store again, they often find a suitable drink to take home. Every Radio visit is like a tiny food and drink pairing course.
