Pilguse Manor offers its guests the perfect country idyll. Whether it’s staying in a simple but tasteful and comfortable hotel room or in a separate cabin. Or a meal where the main dishes are served in genuine country style from large platters for the whole group to share.
The selection of dishes is small, but all the ingredients are local. Options include smoked Pähkla trout, whole smoked chicken or pork cooked so long that it has to be ordered three days in advance.
Time stands still here, and the views in every direction are breathtaking. The owners of Pilguse Manor also have their own small distillery, which makes gin flavoured with seaweed from this very beach. Everything at Pilguse is very simple, yet charmingly so.
