Worshiping Abundance of Flavour
Pastoraat gets its name from the fact that there used to be a parsonage in this building. Yet the modern café-restaurant does not spend much time reminiscing ancient times. The religion here is cantered around good and modern flavours. Early in the morning Pastoraat offers the best breakfast in town and not just to the guests of the boutique hotel Rosenplänter in the same building. Affordable daily deals at lunchtime. In the afternoon and evening, a la carte menu with dishes from around here and around the world.
Small pastries with coffee, burrata, baba ganoush and char-grilled chicken in wine-butter sauce shouldn’t have anything in common, right? In Pastoraat they do and the common denominator is quickly found – abundance of flavour. It’s not easy to find such flavourful dishes, no matter how different, elsewhere in Pärnu. Therefore, from early morning until closing Pastoraat’s tables are full of guests who also worship abundance of flavour.
