Mocktail Jõhvikas ja Pohl (cranberry and lingonberry) increases appetite. The restaurant’s speciality dishes are umami tomato with tofu cream, white fish fried in butter with pumpkin orsoto and pickled pumpkin. And plums marinated in wine with honeycomb and vanilla cream.
