Mon Ami is located in the lower ground floor of the Frost boutique hotel right in the heart of Pärnu. Stepping into the elegant dining room might well set off your subconscious dress code sensor (for those equipped with one). Everything about the room hints that this is not a place to come casually, or casually dressed. The sparkling wine list confirms this impression, featuring cremants and champagnes rather than pedestrian proseccos.
This restaurant represents the French and Belgian epicurean lifestyle, but foreign flavours are combined with local nuances. Fish tartar of local perch, with lime mayo and apple sauce. A fresh mouthful! Beef carpaccio gets a piquant flavour note from marinated rowan berries.
