There’s a well-preserved small wooden house on the edge of the city, which resists the will of the demolishers and doesn’t want to give up another piece of land to modern architecture. The house looks exactly like your grandmother’s house in the countryside or in a small town, but it houses a restaurant called Mimosa.
There are numerous small rooms on the two floors of the house, each with two or three tables. In the timeless surroundings, they offer modern-looking food bursting with seasonal flavours. Food that a trendy foodie grandmother might make.
Mimosa is a restaurant with a nostalgic mood where time stands still. There aren’t many places left where you can experience something like this.
