If you look at the meat counters of Estonian stores, it becomes clear that a lot of pork is eaten here. Although Meat’s butchery is just one small space in the back of a large restaurant, its importance is significantly greater than it looks. Here, specially selected beef is sold. The kind that is bought and offered by the most meat-conscious restaurants.
Meat’s menu starts with carpaccio’s and tartars, so the guest could try and understand how different cuts of meat taste. It’s incredible how different the meat of cattle grown in different countries can taste.
You might not even make it further down the menu because you will be eager to buy the cut you liked the most to try and grill it yourself at home.
