Meat Market has done this before – keeping nearly everything the same, but making significant changes in the staff. Each time this results in the restaurant feeling completely new.
The latest version of Meat Market offers a shorter but sufficiently varied selection of different meats, starting with local ham and ending with Iberico pork and Wagyu beef.
The meat is still expertly cooked to the level of doneness the guest prefers. Every dish has more sides than before, as Meat Market wants to show that their cooking skills go beyond preparing meat.
Cocktails remain a drink of choice here. The cocktail menu is full of new drinks made by new people. The ambition to serve the best cocktails in Estonia has not disappeared. If anything, it is stronger than ever.
