Sunshine Bistro
Life literally follows the sun at Lore, a bistro on the pier of Noblessner’s boat harbour. As soon as the sun peeks out from behind the clouds, the marina is filled with people looking to dine, drink and socialise.
Still, you shouldn’t underestimate Lore on a dreary day. It might be the fire crackling in the fireplace, but the former industrial building is surprisingly cosy as a bistro and a pleasant place for any kind of get-together.
If you have nothing left to talk about, then the food will help you out. Made from local ingredients in eclectic ways, boldly incorporating flavours from all over the world and paired with drinks from a varied menu. Trout sushi with burnt avocado gets a new flavour from a wasabi-spiked soy and truffle sauce. The blackcurrant semolina only faintly resembles the idea of the traditional version. That is how different the semolina mousse becomes with adding blackcurrants and citrus oat milk. Plenty to discuss here!
