Tireless

We don’t know what the restaurant’s future was predicted to be like when it first opened. It’s unlikely anyone expected the restaurant to remain unchanged for a decade and a half. Although most guests always expect something new from each restaurant, Chedi and its regulars are different.

There are more dishes on the menu that have been there since the opening than there are new or relatively recent ones. Stir fry, or cooking in a super-hot wok pan, is the secret to Chedi’s longevity. Whether day or evening, summer or winter, Chedi dishes are always good, and you just don’t get tired of eating them. There’s no point in looking for signs of fatigue in the restaurant either. Everyone is content.
