Moon has been revived

Seven years ago, the opening of Moon brought about some major changes in the Estonian restaurant scene. From thereon, restaurants were no longer considered simply places for celebrating important events but rather, casual dining places. Seven years with no changes would make any conventional restaurant senile. However, in spite of the fact that Moon was the one to trigger the rise of conventional restaurants, it has managed to avoid following in the footsteps of others.

Seven years later, Moon has brand new kitchen supplies and the walls of its dining room have received a fresh coat of paint. This is all the change that Moon needed. Moon has also given new flavours to its widely known dishes by adding a few extra components and making sure the food is presented in a contemporary manner.

Moon is clearly becoming a classic.
