The Three Sisters Hotel has always had a special place in Tallinn. The building has an impressive history and a phenomenal wine cellar. The restaurant got its pretentious name due to the fact that it has always tried to prepare dishes worthy of the history of the building and its wine cellar.
The efforts that Bordoo has made, in terms of the food it serves, have never gone unnoticed but this does not mean that the attention has always been positive.
