Babulja – restaurant with a Russian soul

This is what Babulja promises for everyone who sits down at the restaurant and looks at the menu. The traditional Russian soul is present, above all, in their thick blinis and homemade dumplings served in wild mushroom (boletus) broth.

At the same time, Babulja can also be quite youthful and offer some clever cocktails. Such as Peetersell, which is a mixture of their own cranberry vodka, parsley, and ginger. What is more, Babulja is very fond of Georgia. They gladly prepare pork carré in a Georgian marinade and serve it with a glass of Georgian wine.

At Babulja, you will be able to listen to music meant for the Russian soul. This soul is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Perhaps a little slow when it has many customers at once.
