Truffe – restaurant of good thoughts

Truffe is a restaurant founded eleven years ago that has now developed into two restaurant groups. Joel Ostrat dominates the market in Tartu with his Maitseelamused Group. Jorma Riivald has restaurants in Otepää and Sangaste.

Truffe itself enjoys its continuing favouritism by the locals. Last summer, the restaurant expanded in size and got a new head chef. Truffe is a restaurant of good thoughts. Many recognised chefs have begun their careers at Truffe.

The menu of Truffe is long and offers something for everyone. In the summer, Truffe doubles in size as its huge terrace right on Tartu Town Hall Square is set up for business. Truffe is a nice place to spend time at. Perhaps, this is why there are no signs that its favouritism by the locals is fading.
